In short
- This site sets no cookies.
- It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- It loads nothing from other servers. Our fonts are stored on our own web space.
- We only receive personal data that your browser sends automatically or that you send us through a form or by email.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.
We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. IONOS processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and then deleted.
Application and contact forms
If you apply to test On1AI or send us a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, store website, topic and message. The form sends them to our mailbox, which is also hosted by IONOS. No other service receives them.
We use these details only to reply to you and, if you applied, to prepare testing on your store. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible agreement) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We delete your details when they are no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
If you email us, we process your email address and message in the same way and for the same purpose as a form message.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or share your data. Apart from IONOS as our hosting provider, nobody else receives it, and it is not transferred to countries outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17)
- restrict how we process it (Art. 18)
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21)
To use these rights, contact us through the contact form. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version always applies.
